Refund policy

The Standard: At White Bulls BBQ, we engineer our products for precision and grit. If your order does not meet the specified "Built for the Block" standard, we are committed to making it right.

1. Perishable Goods (Catering Bundles)

Due to the nature of perishable specimens and our 16-hour smoke process, all Catering Bundles are classified as non-returnable items.

  • Inspection Upon Receipt: Please inspect your deployment immediately. If the product is defective, damaged, or the incorrect specification, contact us at whitebullsbarbecue@gmail.com within 2 hours of delivery so we can evaluate and rectify the issue.

  • 10-Day Production Lock: Because catering is a custom-scheduled order, cancellations made within the 10-day production window are subject to procurement fees.

2. Seasoning Series & Merchandise

We offer a 15-day return policy for non-perishable goods (Spices, Apparel, Hard Goods).

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the item must maintain its original structural integrity: unused, unopened, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

  • The Process: To initiate a return, contact whitebullsbarbecue@gmail.com. If accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and logistical instructions. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

3. Non-Returnable Exceptions

To maintain the purity of our inventory, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Perishable goods (All food products/bundles).

  • Custom or personalized orders.

  • Sale items and Gift Cards.

  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids.

4. Damages and Discrepancies

If your package arrives with compromised structural integrity or contains the wrong inventory, notify us immediately at whitebullsbarbecue@gmail.com. Our logistics team will review the discrepancy and deploy a replacement or credit as necessary.

5. Refund Execution

Once an authorized return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status. Approved refunds are executed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
