The Standard: This website is operated by White Bulls BBQ. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to White Bulls BBQ. By accessing our site and/or purchasing our products, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Production & Lead Time Protocol

  • 10-Day Requirement: All Catering Bundles (Gold, Silver, Bronze) are subject to a mandatory 10-day lead time. This window is required for precision sourcing and our 16-hour smoke process.

  • Schedule Compliance: Orders placed with a requested fulfillment date sooner than 10 days are subject to cancellation or rescheduling at our discretion.

2. Logistical Deployment (Delivery)

  • The Zone: Local delivery is strictly limited to our 25-mile Deployment Radius from Zip Code 19154.

  • Site Access: It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate coordinates and site-access instructions (gate codes, porch location).

  • Failed Deployment: If our logistics team cannot complete a delivery due to inaccurate site data or no-show at the time of arrival, the product will be returned to base operations. No refunds will be issued for failed delivery attempts due to customer error.

3. Accuracy of Specifications

  • Product Variance: Live-fire BBQ is an organic specimen. While we engineer for consistency, minor variances in bark color, internal moisture, and final weight are expected results of artisanal pitmastery.

  • Pricing: All prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any "Series" of seasoning or catering at any time.

4. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the Service, or use of the Service, without express written permission from White Bulls BBQ.

5. Third-Party Links

Certain content, products, and services available via our Service may include materials from third-parties (such as logistics partners). We are not liable for any harm or damages related to the purchase or use of goods, services, or resources made in connection with any third-party websites.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
